How to use capture cards for Xbox One and PS4
1. First, connect your capture card to your console. This involves plugging the capture card's video and audio cables into the appropriate ports on the console.
2. Install the necessary software. You should see an automatic prompt asking you to install software to make the capture card work on your device.
3. Connect the HDMI output of Xbox or PS4 to the input HDMI slot of the capture card. Plug in a second cable to connect the capture card's HDMI output to the monitor or TV you'll be gaming on.
4. Use a USB cable to connect the computer you want to transfer to the capture card.
5. Turn on your Xbox/PS4 and start your streaming software.
6. Navigate to where you can add sources and select your capture card from the available devices.
