The USB high-speed hub and USB root hub only use the USB high-speed communication method through USB, and the conversion of low-speed or full-speed data communication is completed by the nearest USB-HUB to which it is attached.

For USB high-speed devices and USB high-speed HUB, use high-speed communication.
For low-speed or full-speed USB-HUB connected to high-speed HUB, use low-speed or full-speed communication method.
For low-speed or full-speed devices connected to the high-speed HUB, use low-speed or full-speed communication methods.
