The video capture card is equipped with a professional video processing chip, which can collect and process the analog signal output by the video source and convert it into a digital signal, and then compress and encode it into a digital video sequence, so that the video source device does not need to undertake the corresponding encoding and decoding work. The live broadcast content is output through the capture card HDMI, and the rest of the link is completed by the capture card and another live streaming computer.
