Q1. Can’t power on after inserting the capture card?

Q2. The capture card cannot be recognized or the DEMO prompts that there is no available card?
answer:
1. Check whether there is a capture card device in the device manager. If there is no device, check whether there is a problem with the computer socket. It is recommended to change the computer or check the socket;
2. There is a device list in the device manager, but when opening DEMO, it prompts that there is no available card. It is recommended to reinstall the driver.
Q3. Unable to collect images?
answer:
1. Whether there is a capture card device in the device manager;
2. Whether the connecting cable is intact;
3. Ensure that the video source can be detected;
4. Make sure there is no problem with the video source. If the capture window is black, please shut down and re-insert the capture card. Check whether the video cable is connected properly and whether the PCI interface contact is good. You can change the PCI slot to test.
Q4. Is the image color displayed as black and white (previously it was a color image)?
answer:
1. Turn off the anti-virus software to detect computer system reasons;
2. Change the computer to install the capture card for detection.
Q5. The capture card signal cannot be detected?
answer:
1. Check whether there is any problem with the video source;
2. Detect whether the video source is a standard signal input;
3. Switch the video source input channel, confirm the video source format, and click Save after changing the settings.
Q6. When collecting NTSC format, the image flashes and the setting does not work or does not work after resetting?
Answer: Click Save after changing the settings.
Q7. The image display flickers very violently, mixed with a blue background, and is very unstable?
Answer: It is generally related to the operating system. It is recommended to use a pure system for installation; at the same time, the driver provided by the motherboard or graphics card must be installed.
