  5. When a certain video card is detected and connected, it cannot start normally. Please change the card to a PCI slot and test again.
  6. When it is detected that except for a certain video card, all other connections are normal, please unplug all video cards and connect this card alone for testing.
  7. After testing in steps 5 and 6, if a video card still does not work properly, please contact the supplier to replace the video card.

  Fault phenomenon:

  Solution:
  In this case, it is basically certain that there is a hardware conflict. Please follow the steps below to handle it.
  1. Unplug all video capture cards and connect one separately to see if it is normal.
  2. If normal, connect all video cards one by one until the card causing the abnormality is found or the host is working normally.
  3. If the above steps cannot ensure that the host is normal, please connect all video cards and reinstall the operating system.

  After entering the WIDOWS operating system, the video card driver installation interface does not appear.
  Solution:
  1. Enter "Control Panel->System-àHardwareàDevice Manager" and check whether the driver in "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" is installed. Whether there is "?" or "!".
  2. If the situation in step 1 occurs, install the driver for the corresponding video card.
  3. If the situation in step 1 does not exist, please shut down the computer, pull out the video card, and wipe all the pins with an eraser to remove the oxide layer. Change the PCI slot and connect it again, turn on the computer and repeat step 1.
  4. Change to another computer and perform step 1.
