USB to 4-port RS422/485 converter

This product is a universal USB to RS422/485 converter, compatible with USB, RS422, and RS485 standards. It can convert a single-ended USB signal into four RS422/485 signals, provides surge protection power per line, and ensures RS422/ 485 interface's high-speed transmission, the RS422/485 end is connected through the DB9 male connector, making it easy to realize data transmission between the USB interface computer host and multiple RS422/485 bus systems and devices
USB to RS485 converter
  1. Industrial grade design standards. Universal USB to 4-port RS422/485 converter, compatible with USB, RS422, and RS485 standards. It can convert a single-ended USB signal into 4 RS422/485 signals. The USB connection cable has a magnetic ring and is shielded to resist signal interference.
2.FTDI chip. The CPU adopts a foreign imported main control chip solution to transmit data without packet loss. The driver supports all windows/Mac os-x/Linux/Android systems.
  3. Signal indicator lights: sending (TXD), receiving (RXD), with indicator lights, which can be used to understand communication abnormalities and the status of the working system in a timely manner.
  4. There are four main communication methods: (1). Point-to-point four-line full-duplex, (2). Point-to-multipoint four-line full-duplex, (3). Point-to-point two-line half-duplex, ( 4).Point to multi-point double line and half double. When the converter is connected as full-duplex or half-duplex, in order to prevent signal reflection and interference, a matching resistor (parameter: 120 ohm 1/4W) needs to be connected to the terminal of the line. Mainly used in POS machines, ATMs, embedded industrial automation systems, financial payment ATM systems, transportation systems, factory automation and process control, medical systems, remote access servers, etc.
  5. Interface protection: surge protection, ±15KV electrostatic protection; (1) Provide surge protection power per line to ensure high-speed transmission of the RS422/485 interface. (2) ±15KV electrostatic protection, providing reliable connection for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint communications.
