How to Record The Sims 4 Gameplay

  Sims 4 is one of the most popular simulation games, because of the realistic graphics that it offers. As a way to share the love of the game, most Sims 4 players will choose to record gameplay and then share the video on YouTube or any other social media sites.
  But to successfully record gameplay, you will need a screen recording tool with the necessary features to capture all the graphics that make Sims 4 so popular, without compromising on the quality of the video. In this article, we will take a look at the best tools to record high-quality Sims 4 gameplay.
  1 、Record Sims 4 with Built-in Camera

  Sims 4 is one of the few games that comes with a built-in recording function. This means that you can record gameplay without needing to install any recording software on your computer. The function is very easy to use; just follow these simple steps;
  Step 1: Open Sims 4 on your computer and when prompted, confirm the recording option- “Game Option/Video Capture.” Choose “High” or “Not Compressed” as the quality and disable the “UI Sound” to avoid capturing computer sounds.
  Step 2: Press the “TAB” key on your keyboard to close the UI to make capturing more flexible. You can use the mouse to move around and use the “W”, “A”, “S” and “D” keys to move the camera. Use the “Z” and “X” keys to zoom in and out.
  Step 3: Use the “V” key to start the recording. When the recording is complete, use the “V” key again to stop the recording. The video will be saved in the "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Recorded videos" folder.
  2 、Record Sims 4 Gameplay with DemoCreator

  If you are looking for a solution that will give you more options when it comes to features and functionality, DemoCreator is a better tool. This desktop screen recorder is designed to record gameplay videos without losing the quality of the video.
  And it also has a very simple-to-user interface that makes it an easy solution. Here’s how to use it to record Sims 4 gameplay;
  Step 1: Run the Program
  Once installation is complete, open Wondershare DemoCreator and in the main window, select “Capture” to begin the process,
  Step 2: Configure the Settings
  In the next window, you will see a number of options to configure the settings. The following are just some of the options you have;
  Screen Setup
  Here, select “Game” and then choose the game you will be recording (in this case Minecraft) and then select the frame rate to use.
  Audio Setup
  Since we are recording gameplay, it would be a good idea to record the Computer Audio. So, go ahead and set that to “Capture”
  If you would like to include commentary with your recording, you should also set “Microphone” to “Capture”
  Camera Setup
  The camera setup may not be relevant when recording gameplay. It is therefore a good idea to leave these settings to default.
  Step 3: Record Minecraft Gameplay
  Then when you’re ready, click on “Capture” to begin recording.
  The program will start a 3 second countdown before the actual recording begins.
  You can use the “F10” key on your keyboard to stop the recording or the “F9” key to pause the recording.
