What should I do if the HDMI high-definition capture card does not work properly?
HDMI high-definition capture cards all have HDMI video interfaces, and have all the advantages of the above HDMI interfaces. They can transmit high-definition, high-quality, uncompressed audio and video signals, meeting the needs of many customers. When debugging and installing HDMI high-definition capture cards, it is often the case that the computer display screen does not light up or the host cannot work properly after the video capture card is installed. 1. Check whether the monitor connection cable is connected firmly?
2. Unplug all video cards to see if the host can start normally?
3. If the host cannot start, please check whether other hardware of the host is working properly?
4. If the host works normally, connect the video cards to the host one by one to check whether the host can start normally?
5. When it is detected that a certain video capture card cannot start normally when connected. Please change the card to another PCIE slot and test it again.
6. When it is detected that except for a certain video capture card, other connections are normal, please unplug all video capture cards and connect this card alone for testing.
7. When a certain number of host connections are connected, it cannot be turned on. Please check whether the power supply is sufficient.
